Sous Vide Pumpkin Crème Brûlée 

The rich orange pumpkin hues get brighter and more fragrant in this crème brûlée where cardamom, ginger, and saffron come into play. Sous vide helps create a very tender and delicate texture. I love serving this with shortbread (Long Pepper or Spiced Golden Shortbread) on the side or an espresso.
