Ingredients
2 1/2 cups/600 ml liquid from two 20 oz/565 g can lychees
3.38 fl oz/100 ml fresh lime juice
3.38 fl oz/100 ml Pastis de Marseille (Ricard)
300 ml chilled water
Fresh mint for garnish
Pitted lychees for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the lychee liquid, lime juice, pastis, and water in a bottle. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice. Garnish with fresh mint and a lychee.
- If carbonating the drink, follow the instructions listed in the manual for the Breville InFizz Fusion, which can carbonate any beverage. (Please check with manufacturer instructions when using other products.)
Notes
- To make a non-alcoholic version, replace the pastis de Marseille with Pacific.
